Amitai Plasse: Creative
I am a multidisciplinary artist, originally from New York City, living in Austin since 2011. As an artist I employ two primary styles of work. The Gonzo style—- a first-person participatory creation approach—is my unique drawing and painting practice that sometimes delves into animation. The Street Art and Installation focused practice (under the moniker ANGRY CLOUD>DESND) also manifests itself in a variety of media. Social and community engagement, whether subtly or overtly, are core to both approaches
Alongside my fine arts work, I have 25 years experience as an advertising and marketing creative, a commercial illustrator and animator and an events focused artist, creating group art activations and documenting through drawing and painting.
